Order Cancellation Policy – RecorderMax

1. Cancellation Before Order Processing

We accept order cancellations before your order has been processed or shipped.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at:

If the order has not entered the processing or dispatch stage, we will cancel it and issue a confirmation.

2. Cancellation After Order Has Been Processed

Once the order has been:

• Packed

• Assigned to courier

• Dispatched

…it cannot be cancelled.

Because RecorderMax devices require secure packaging and serial-number registration before shipping, all post-processing orders are considered final.

3. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

If you placed a prepaid order (card, bank transfer, or online payment):

• Cancellation before processing → full refund.

• Cancellation after shipping → not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refunds for valid cancellations are processed within 3–5 working days.
(Processing time may vary depending on your bank.)

4. Cancellation of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled before they are packed.

However, repeated cancellation or refusal of COD parcels may lead to:

• Temporary suspension of COD option for your account

• Requirement of advance payment for future orders

This measure helps us prevent misuse and courier losses.

5. Refusal of Parcel at Delivery

If a customer refuses a COD parcel at delivery without prior cancellation:

• The order will be marked as Refused / Cancelled

• Shipping and packing charges may be recorded for internal risk evaluation

• COD option may be disabled for that customer in the future

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Orders may be automatically cancelled if:

• The customer provides incomplete address

• Phone number is unreachable

• Courier fails multiple delivery attempts

In such cases, we may contact you to reconfirm the order.

7. Orders We May Cancel Automatically

RecorderMax reserves the right to cancel orders when:

• The product is out of stock

• Fraud is suspected

• The order fails verification checks

• Incorrect pricing errors occur

• Delivery area is not serviceable

You will be notified immediately in such cases.
